The Malaysian government has gazetted a new excise duty for vape liquids that contain nicotine. Effective from tomorrow, the tax will be charged at 40 sen per millilitre. This move is part of the government's efforts to regulate and tax liquid or gel products containing nicotine, despite it being technically
